Reservations
In order to help ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your massage ahead of time. To accommodate your desired appointment a $20 deposit will need to be paid via Venmo or Zelle. The deposit will count towards the total cost of the massage, which can be paid upon arrival.
*Please notify the receptionist of any special requests, allergies / sensitivities to aromas or previous surgeries and or injuries when you schedule your appointment.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form (new clients) and prepare for the service. All massage sessions have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow after yours.
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
Appointments rescheduled or cancelled by 8PM one day prior to massage appointment will be done so free of charge
Any reschedules or cancellations within the same day of your appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the original massage price. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. (WE DO NOT CONDUCT SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULES.)
Refund
If client cancels their appointment before 8PM a day prior to massage appointment , they will be eligible for a 100% refund.
If client cancels their appointment after 8PM a day prior to massage appointment or the same day massage appointment , they will not be eligible for a refund
No Show Policy
Clients who fail to notify us by 8PM the day prior to appointment will be considered a No Show. Please note that you will be responsible for 100% of your appointment fee if you miss an appointment.
When you miss an appointment with us, our therapists not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and may have traveled to the office specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time.
Respect for Client Needs and Boundaries
Our Massage Therapists are happy to:
Adjust pressure of massage (Light-Medium, Firm-Deep)
Change heating pad temperature on massage table
Work longer on a particular area if requested
Incorporate back-walking and stretching during Thai massage if requested
The client will always be modestly draped. Only the area being massaged will be undraped.
Informed Consent
At your first visit with us you will be asked to sign the Client Intake form. Clients who we have not seen for at least a year may also be asked to fill out this form.
Existing and New Medical Conditions
It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., that the massage may be continued.
Scope of Practice
Rafole Organic Massage therapists undergo extensive training. We pride ourselves in our cleanliness and having a tranquil ambiance for a pleasurable experience.
Lost and Found
Please do not bring valuables with you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Before leaving for the day, please check that you have not left any personal items behind in the massage room.
